Nevertheless, I am also open to discussing other lucrative investment opportunities, including luxury homes and strategies like BRRR. 

I would not have added as much luxury finishes if I was not going to live in the home.

There are luxury cabins sitting out there at $89 per night, with no bookings.  

Since I use it when I come down here to do work, and we have family visits here, it doesn't particularly bother me that it loses money as I just consider it a luxury like playing golf or flying airplanes.

Over in the Westshore Marina District, you have luxury waterfront living that’s booming with upscale amenities.

By adding in all property types, new con, pre existing, condos etc etc, and keep it segmented to JUST Luxury real estate $ levels.
