Either use a starter strip on the edge or hang the first row off the edge, with the glue strip at the edge, and trim off the tabs.

I'm not sure if every state has the Restore store or a second hand store for doors, trim ect. 

I think the absolute necessary things are new flooring and paint inside and out, new light fixtures, some new interior doors (or just paint the old ones), new interior baseboard trim, 3 new exterior doors (change 2 sliders to French doors), siding installed on side of the house at least and maybe the back too, change out main front entrance door, new oven, rebuild the deck off master bedroom, and minor landscaping.

Insurance replaced all floors, full bathroom, trim, drywall (4ft high), and paint throughout full unit.

I understand structural components, city code, foundations, going rate for trim, paint, drywall, roofs... you name it. :-) just haven’t been on here in a while, due to working.

You have to remove/peel back the trim to expose the glass.

I installed big windows in each room, did tape n bed, texture, trim (with panels), AND INSTALLED 12MM LAMINATE FLOOR, all for only 3k in labor cost (I was honestly broke and low priced hoping he would throw me bonus money at the end).

Just trim the branch that is hanging over the property line and touching your roof.

Framed the edges with floor trim.

My sons and I are working on taming that and trimming some brush to improve the look and feel of the place.
