To me it almost looks like you want to transform it into something you would want to live in and value more.

If you look into all avenues you can easily find ways to transform bad investments into good investments. 

I use OKRs in my role as VP, Operations for a healthcare company, and it's been transformative.

I learned about wholesaling through many YouTube videos and became quite obsessed with the topic, I figured I could probably do it my self and do ok but I realized if I want to be great im going to need a mentor someone to teach me the ropes and ins out outs of wholesaling and fix and flips someone with experience who will transform me into a real estate guru I am willing to work hard and show up everyday to learn new things.

What an amazing transformation.

I just finished reading 'Crushing it in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate" and would recommend it; easy read and author was on the BP podcast (EP 126)If you want to go off on all kinds of tangents, 'Tribe of Mentors' by Tim Ferris has interviews with hundreds of leaders, most  of whom recommend their 3 most transformational reads. 

Also, I am in the kitchen cabinet business and we have used this product from Home Depot: Rustoleum Cabinet transformation kit.

I hate to say this in this forum and keep it to RE and never mention politics but see the trend that is before us, unfortunately, this pandemic has given the (D)'s a perfect opportunity to push their agenda to transform the country. 

New roof and siding as well as stone veneer transformed the exterior.
