They announced last summer that for the first time ever searches from non-medical personnel exceeded that of medical travelers and yet they still haven't really pivoted.

It would be interest to look at prices in many of the hot secondary and tertiary markets, where I think you can often get more bang for your buck. 

Medical scrubs / doctor's coat / safety vest / specialized footwear or other safety related gear. 

If so, they could be good MTRs especially if you're looking to target travel medical professionals.
