How can someone not realize that they've got a dollar bill rolled up in their nose with a highly illegal powder being snorted through it?

For instance, the bathroom has a plastic tub, obviously, if they used scouring powder to clean it there would be scratches, so I wrote down products that are acceptable and not acceptable for different areas of the house. 

I'm keeping my powder dry and looking for deals as they come up, it will be interesting to see how pricing goes in the coming months.

Been debating aluminum which isn't as nice looking but is powder coated generally and many are lifetime warranties.

I was interested on single family home in (9/10) good school district in center NJ $540k, 4beds and 21/2 baths with basement(full finished, no walk out level) nice backyard. very small updates need to be done like paints, lights replacement..bedrooms are on upper level, main level has big eat-in kitchen, powder room, nice living room, less taxes.

Since there is a laundry room downstairs now adding a powder room to start would make a that space more usable.

Will, a thought to consider...if this is a long term buy/hold asset and you intend to grow your portfolio, I would borrow the max you can at these low rates and keep the balance of your cash as fresh powder for the next opportunity.
