I know there are a lot of opinions and threads out there on this very topic, but I started this one assuming a) a small-time landlord or PM, and b) recent comparison as both Buildium and others have been adding features lately.I am both looking to be as paper-less as possible, and I like to access the service from a tablet on the go.

You print all that on a peace of paper or put it on tablet and ask them what they think would be fair considering what the market is and that way you are going to make them raise the rents on themselves without them being frustrated and you putting it on your shoulders.Good luck.

@Joseph Walshif you're using a computer/tablet, go to the top header where it says "community", you should be able to find "networking events".
