Suicides.

I get the USDA 100% loans on primary.. but anything close to 100% on income or investment property is just suicide.

Just throwing it out there to the masses... Discuss!

That's what I term, "financial suicide"...bad move.You always want to have extra cash flow left over at the end of every month to secure and grow your investments.

Not all, but most: Don't clean, always some drama with roommates, suicidal, depression, drugs, rape, I hear a lot of stories from my tenants.

That's relevant because the city that was the "arsenal of democracy" became "motor city," it has now  become in no small part "mortgage city" (there are people who's families have literally done that transition, across a few generations, from grandpa building the bombers to dad building the cars to kid putting together the mortgages). 

But this month I got a new completely different problem: a suicidal tenant.The guy was a friend of the previous manager and was moved in without any background checks or any security deposits.

The constant talk by Democrats about abolishing the 1031 is absolute suicide for the economy.

It's worth the 25 bps to not be contemplating suicide as the result of a simple refinance.
