I pay VRBO my annual subscriptions for all of my properties and then see all the guest fees in addition.

The legal consultations, PPM/subscription agreement, etc. will cost you thousands upon thousands of dollars alone, which is why syndication is typically used for larger deals that can support the cost.3.

I believe they only have annual subscriptions in the $400 range, but they may have monthly I am not positive.

I have been using personal budget app Mint to keep track of my money traffic and I have been thinking about paying a small monthly subscription fee for better app. 

This would be a private security and you would need a PPM, operating agreement, subscription agreement,  and investor suitability questionnaire at minimum.

FYI, we use Tom's Planner, an online Gantt chart that is subscription based.

Wild Apricot: fantastic member directory, templated emails, finance tracking, and website, but appears both the online payments portal and mobile apps require the $40/mo+ subscription.

To me, the idea of LLCs is business smart because it not only protects personal from business assets (as well as one asset from another), but really spells out the expectations in the operating agreement and, possibly, a subscription agreement if there are multiple investors.Feel free to reach out to me or members of my team if you want to learn more.
