Their members voluntarily subscribe to a higher standard of ethics, have more education, etc.

Using iTunes is a big pain and I'd like to get him a new MP3 player that would easily download subscribed podcasts, keep his place in the podcast if he turns off the player, etc.

In others you must subscribe to a service ($$) to have access to this information.However, there are other avenues you can take to find out who owns a property - particularly if you are looking at residential properties.  

As always, I truly appreciate the wealth of knowledge and unbiased feedback I get from BP's subscribers.

I have subscribed to BiggerPockets since last March, I have been reading the books suggested, I listen to all the podcasts, I m participating to the webinars, go to investors meeting, I even have TWO mentors AND I m pulling money out of my life insurance so I have cash ready to go! 

Because it continues I no longer subscribe.

Yes, you see more listings, but it hasn't done anything for me, and I look at it almost everyday.A BP friend who subscribes to it and pays $200/month.

you can subscribe to red bell or real quest for comps if you don't have access to MLS.  

I was told I could find the Notice of Defaults in the business journal so I subscribed but haven't been able to find them.

When i was on the site after I subscribed I found that you have to pay $2.00 for every list.
