It's a 3/2 1100 sqft geodesic dome on 1.3 acres.

Some listings have been on the market for well over a year and the listing brokers are acting stunned when I ask for financials, rent rolls, vacancies, etc.

Beyond the new stadium and whatever becomes of the GA Dome, you have an area with entrenched crime, drugs and general nastiness.  

and I think we would be stunned to know how many actually have their homes paid off.. its more than you would think I wanted to buy a townhouse in Vegas 2 years ago ( well my wife did) we don't owe much on our personal and being self employeed at the time I had too many mortgages so the RMLO is trying to talk me into refinancing all this dead equity I have in my personal resi..

Then the loan officer calls up the $4K guy and says "can you do me a favor and do it in 2 weeks". 

I have dome several Flips, but now moving to CF rentals. 

It ends up at a tax sale where I pick them up for $1 per lot, plus $49 to register them.I had wanted to build some domes on them, but the city created an ordinance that essentially keeps me from building them.

This will probably be another STR in the next few years or so when we’re ready to move projected to make $60k gross annual revenue.I think we’re more stunned than anything because we never imagined that we’d be sitting on this much equity in such a short period of time.If anyone has any ideas they’d like to throw around and bounce off we would love to brain storm with you.
