Hey @Jim Vani - I personally know @Andrew Holmes and he's genuinely a good guy.Is it true that he has built a large community through Chicago REIA and his students (at least in mastery) have paid for his coaching and experience, yes that is a fact.  

But I will not invest in Linden, even if it changed.The main tenant pool in Columbus is the student population around OSU.

I have been a landlord in New Jersey in the student housing sector for over 15 years. 

I like Richard’s approach both as a coach but also as a human when it comes to life goals and etc. 1000% the student portal is really great to have!

If you're in an area that has a lot of college students then you might want to think about ways to create the standards you need to fell comfortable with this.

Something that I haven’t considered is that my profession as a merchant marine leads me to a schedule of 3 weeks onboard, 3 weeks off of my ship.

The biggest pitfalls I have seen among many of my peers while growing up in my 20s is that they tend to either get wrapped up in student loan debt, other debt, or lose aspiration in exchange for financial contentment.
