Many of the people I met in the Auction Preparation Workshop (more on this later) were struggling with understanding things like title insurance, the varying types of deeds, etc.The weekly coaching calls are very good and the facilitator calls are good as you get started to learn about how to do research. 

I have a question as I'm really struggling with calculating the BRRRRs. 

This is currently the only thing I am actually decisive about.I think I'm struggling with analysis paralysis combined with generally being overwhelmed by all of the different metrics and data to look at.Specifically, I'm currently trying to narrow my market within Connecticut, but I am getting stuck on how to determine a "good" market.

I am admittedly struggling with this too - I think I need to go on one trip to simply scope out, even to see what I consider A/B/C!

Finding good contractors is always a struggle for investors!
