Its an older established city with very pretty tree lined streets etc etc..

However, go a little north and you get into some much better areas such as Ormond Beach and even Holly Hill has some quainter, quieter streets. 

It's definitely more of a street by street market with many good areas. 

Just think about it from your point of view - would it be easier to stand on the street corner and get 1,000 people to give you a dollar, or one guy to give you $1000?
