So far, we've pieced along different elements of this (different tax person each year, no LLC to one to now 2 this year, haven't yet used a bookkeeper...)trying to streamline systems and have a solid foundation for our fairly new and growing real estate portfolio.

As a larger operator it makes absolute sense to do this in house, but there needs to be some level of scale to the business in order to have it streamlined and running as efficient as possible.

i hear hostaway works good. i just manage my own on 2 OTA platforms. pretty much all is streamlined on there. just have to keep up responsiveness and price optimization. but you could always hire out to a co-host if that would be worth your time.

For me - I must have value add - whether that means expansion, increasing rates, occupancy %, moving to automation and managing remotely etc - there needs to be a for sure way I can add value and streamline operations.

I decided to try this with a totally different niche a d course outline for crypto investing during this year's parting of the sea or great divide or whatever and the same thing happened, just in case anyone wanted to get the courses these dudes offer for the actually price they start with and not the blue 42 hook line and sinker stinker crap they soil our time with..good luck to a yone trying to do etter for themselves and I hope we all get it right during this Ai era so we don't fill in the suicide line at the new world order building!
