If you only have access to wifi, wyze make a good cheap camera that may help you.Put a nice sticker on the door that all hallways are monitored by camera.

@Andrew Syrios they also have rental registration and  a noise/disturbance ordinance with a fine, decibel levels and a door sticker so they have lots of ammo to deal directly with behavior which they should and do. 

(You are also supposed to add a little sticker to each outlet saying Gfci protected and not grounded)  In this case if there is a problem that normally goes to the ground wire it would trip the gfci and cut power. you probably need to hire someone if you do not understand what I’m saying.  

All you have to do is walk around Mexico City to find properties with a huge sticker stating: "Asegurado por la FGR".

There are stickers on the window saying "smile you're being recorded" (I do not see any cameras on the outside) and it looks like there are some other papers in the window I am not sure if I can go up close to read them and peak in the window.
