Anyway, this is all very well known, it may not be clear from soundbites if you get all your information mass media news channels on TV, but a little Googling and digging will reveal all the information you seek on this matter. 

During my sport career I did an MBA and after finishing my career I transitioned into real estate investing.

In my thirty years in Florida, I’ve never witnessed such devastation, which makes me wonder if this is a new weather trend foreshadowing the state’s future, or just a once-in-a-while event.Regardless, there are already websites and news articles discussing the so-called "Great Florida Migration."

The bad news is that now I am providing a service that cna be easily offered by a local realtor.

The good news is that both of these costs can be collected in addition to the underlying judgment. 

Great news for the local investors, bad news for the California absent landlords (our software catches/filters by property location and borrower primary residence, there might for example be a lender in California that lends nationwide but requires the borrower to live in their 3-county footprint, and every other configuration of that you can imagine).

There is zero talk of that at the Subto "community" (Bad news interferes with increasing the sales, cuts into the profit margin I suppose).
