If you are reinvesting it (highly unlikely), the time you are spending doing the work could be put to much better use. 

In any event, we can continue to disagree about this and I look forward to the SEC's opinion on it.Syndications are investments for multi millionaires with plenty of money to lose gambling on real estate.

There is only 1 guarantee when you buy a property - you are about to spend a pile of money.

I wouldn't spend one minute worrying about that violence. 

Many skip tracing companies have a minimum count or spend.

Don't spend 20k+ rewiring a whole house that is insanely expensive. 

Also, I’ve noticed that the unknowledgeable persons who are most likely to be suckered into spending time and money on these “programs” all have a basic gullibility that leads to them making comments that have remained remarkably consistent over the last 40years.  

They usually spend one day going through the property checking everything for a couple of hours and move forward.

They are likely not bad people but they do not want to spend $3,000 and be kicked out first night on a noise complaint. 

Then the person is soured on gambling on real estate and not around here to answer questions.
