People would ask me how to get out of the lease, the lights sparked, wires hung down out of the ceiling sinks dripped with the tenant paying the water bill.

When I receive a gift certificate to the local grocery store, I can immediately put it to good use, but it doesn't stand out as a gift.So, for these reasons, tangible items are sometimes the best .... they can sometimes spark a smile or warm a heart on the spot... especially the ones with a personal touch.

As of now, I have just been blindly looking into any location that I read up on online, sparks my interest, has low prices, etc.  

I am a bit gunshy about diving into the world of REI but I also feel a spark of passion and excitement inside me.Want to learn as much as possible and learn from experienced and successful investors who wouldn't mind being a mentor/offer guidance!

If you do that, make sure to tape up protection on the walls, etc so sparks and flying metal dust don't damage your tub/walls.
