I know nothing about McCall but it sounds like his "coaching" model is in line with other gurus. $1,500 is NOT much for a solid coaching program even though you now know it is only a teaser price.

There's nothing like the experience of others to help you not only sound more professional in the beginning but also miss a TON of pit falls!  

If the tenant is claiming to be living in a hotel, she may try to get you to reimburse for that cost unless section 8 has a new process to reimburse them for this... which sounds absurd but I'll let you deduce whether or not you're dealing with someone who is used to paying for things out of their own pocket.

Well, it sounds like you was tearing it up. 

It sounds like REsimpli has a lot of value and combines a lot of features so I don’t need to pay for subscriptions to 10 different platforms (and invest a ton of time learning their systems only to discover a better option and start the process over again).

It does sound odd to me that there are no inspections allowed.
