Currently, the home has been turned over to the next tenant and is currently being rented by a senior enlisted soldier which has also been great so far.

Some investors are nervous about renting to soldiers because of how often we move but they really don't understand the PCS cycle.

I get it's not a distinction that everyone's comfortable with, but I don't consider soldiers murderers and this would fall closer to that (for me). 

I'm looking to buy a single family home to rent out, Nashville seems too expensive for me and Clarksville seems perfect because of all the soldiers and college students.

And Kyle was tragically killed while trying to help a fellow soldier with PTSD, so the comparison is not really appropriate at all.I am simply looking at ways to provide a fun and once-in-a-lifetime experience for this one guest.
