I can do this as I manage over 60 units and it makes the most sense, and I beat the market every month.If I had 1-5 units, I would like use PriceLabs (or Beyond Pricing) and use their base tech as well as manually checking things at minimum weekly.

For our larger park we have a 'Maintenance Manager' set up for up to 24 hours per week as needed with OT for after hours emergencies. 

Work in several towns and once and be prepared to make several options with one week time limits on them. 

I update my prices weekly, adjusting just a bit here and there according to my own research.

The previous owner had it listed with them for weekly summer rentals.

I write and call my local and state political representatives weekly about this.

As of this week we have secured the land.
