I have a few questions; hopefully I can get some light shed on.I had a lead come in from a gentleman whom inherited a property from his dad along with his 6 siblings. 3 of the siblings are deceased now.

Her 1/3 rights flow to the 9 kids.One of those kids put the house on the market after he rehabbed it, which he didn't have the legal right to do, as the title is not clear until the other 8 siblings assign their rights to the selling sibling.Worse, we don't even know yet whether all of the other 8 siblings are alive.

Regarding the above post, I have actually tracked down owners of abandoned properties and heard from them that their siblings were bickering over the options for the property so it wasn't on the market.
