Just wanted to say hi all...I am a semi-newbie, long-time podcast stalker and just signed up for bigger pockets. 

We own 8 buildings, are semi high net worth so we have alot to lose.

The land has an ancient cabin and a semi modern barn that I want to live in / Renovate / Hold .

Once the percentages are set up, they are rigid as it relates to the other LLC members (i.e. none of the three entities can buy each other out).  

Also for Grand Rapids New to semi new investors, what if I was to join with a few of my trusted colleges and do a 3 day training Q and A type setting for way less money?

It could be semi-detached units at $750k each. 3 town homes worth $500k.

Rural lots will probably be the last to reach full build-out, but that’s just my semi-educated guess. 

We purchased a small condo in San Jose, CA in 2012 and as my husband is a residential construction project manager who has several skills, we were able to semi-rehab the place, held and sold for a single family home. 

I am semi handy man but want to do more and learn more.

My grandfather has been a stockbroker for most of his adult life and semi-retired to a part time broker in his home office, living mainly on his own stock portfolio at 37 years old (1964).
