I had a call with an accounting firm this morning and he mentioned something like he is not a CPA so he is not able to represent like CPA.What does it mean?

I would also say that markets like Manhattan are not super representative of most markets in the US - a lot of foreign investment I'd imagine in NYC, Miami etc - I'd guess a lot of these cash purchases are more about exchanging unstable or risky foreign assets/currencies for perceived stability/safety of US top metro residential real estateI think in a lot of other markets where this isn't relevant - I think most are cash offers being "king" as not having appraisal or other contingencies that might sabotage the sale after 30 days or so and make people re-list (sellers will take less to avoid this risk and downside)

I'm a partner in an Independent Agency that represents Steadily along with many other companies. 

And this is from a broker often representing a very well qualified and interested buyer of their property.

Are you representing yourself as a Registered Agent and if so is your personal address listed?

Whoever represented you really let you down, you could try suing them if they are a licensed professional.

I would also reach out to agents who have represented buyers in more expensive markets.

Wouldn't you want someone who represents you to meet your partner/client in person?
