Regarding your Cape property are you renting that or do you just use it for your own personal recreation?

I recently drove to the property and discovered that it is nearly flat and would take limited work to turn the property into an open air recreational/commercial storage lot, that is secure and automated.

Have you ever seen those Pinterest photos where they show the beautiful cake and then their final result when attempting to re-create the beautiful cake at home?  

In addition, all that Portland and the outlying areas have to offer in terms of recreation, shopping (no sales tax in Portland), and entertainment is easily accessed from Vancouver.Real estate prices are more favorable in Vancouver as compared to Portland.

We need to find a way to use them or at least recreate them in the new software.Thank you to anyone who can offer some wisdom on handling this change. 

In terms of fees here is a short list:Park & Recreation, Public Facility Fee, Sewer Fee, Water Fee, School Fee, Affordable housing fee, drainage fee, fire fees, traffic fees. 

The northern part of California (Shasta County) has beautiful lakes, mountains with snow, and alot of recreational opportuniites., as does the eastern mountain ranges (Tahoe).

Plus this area is growing rapidly with new schools; hospitals and recreation meaning property value will continue to rise putting it further out of my price range.

Maybe you understand, unsure, however I need to rebuild/re-create opportunities in my life for my family, especially that I have a child on the way.

This is recreating the same phenomenon happening here - inflated prices due to bidding wars, overvaluing properties and spiraling out of control - in those areas.
