You will receive the security deposit in Checking but then transfer it to Savings.Savings: Hold the deposit here so it's separate from operating funds.

I'm sure your lease and the law require the tenant to return the property in the same condition it was received, minus ordinary wear and tear.I would file again.

I know I need to get a credit card and keep my utilization ratio low, but I wouldn't know much about the process of actually receiving a conventional loan from a bank or any type of loan.
