Is there more room for good content, get away from just random people asking questions and getting bad answers and more to some editorial stuff with maybe a comment section underneath, gives bp alot more control4.

@Jonathan Reitnauer There is a certain amount of randomness that comes from the circumstances - there are only a handful of buyers physically present and the sale happens without onsite due diligence.

I don't mean the following to sound discouraging, but I would encourage you to be extremely cautious and conservative before buying a random property in Dayton because someone - a property manager, an agent, the seller of the property, some random person on BP - tells you it's a 'great deal,' and you will 'cash flow.'

Everyone is just gonna name random cities, but the answer is study your own market and figure out and this is gonna be subjective where there is “value” there is no exact formula or data for this, but if you live in place it should be somewhat easy, what neighborhood’s seem like you know that price isn’t so bad for what you are getting or conversely that area seems really overpriced for what it is.

I also wouldn't tell the guest that you are the lawn care, I would just let them believe you are some random landscaper so they don't have a million and one complaints for you
