I decided to post my thoughts in the “Starting Out” category hoping to get your attention knowing there are service providers waiting in the wings ready to take advantage of your unfounded beliefs and further upsell you through scare tactics.

Wondering the same about Easy Button Leads (saw James Dainard’s ad promoting it on Instagram, but want to hear first hand from people that are using it)thanks! 

Contrary to popular borrower belief, the mortgage business is actually more about people than numbers. 

I am genuinely curious but would guess he would not at this stage of his RE investing path.My belief is most value is to be added on highest cost asset.  

As far as the providers go, check out the posters links in this and other SDIRA thread  who are "providers" or "professionals" - they are not allowed to outright promote themselves, but a lot of the ones providing answers are some of the great choices out there in who can help you with this.Good Luck, Dan Dietz

They promoted people who had no training or mentorship to move up2.

I love this site, but I think it promotes the idea that real estate done right is a sexy proposition -- owner financing, BRRR, off-market deals, blah blah blah.In reality, it's quite simple.

@Jay Hinrichs yea the fact they were promoting commercial as a gold nugget I thought was strange because I know commercial can take forever to sell.
