Hey BP Community, I was wondering who all out there has had experience with converting your rental property into a group home or sober house for ex-substance abuse clients. 

They may lose their housing assistance this way and then they would have to move.If you see any possible evidence of child abuse then call child protective services too.

If you feel the tenant is abusing things, I would immediately get rid of the tenant. 

I have been approached by a for profit company that would like to rent the whole house as a halfway house for substance abuse. 

I am not heartless either, injured and abused animals always pull at my heart strings.

Judges see these lying tenants and squatters every day and allow them to abuse the court system every time.

Don't let it get to where one side feels abused because then the partnership ends.
