OK, seriously though...Presidential elections honestly don't do much for the real estate cycle.

Personally I would like to see a former Governor, or mayor as the President. I

Depending on position in the military, during the last two shutdowns the presidents essentially made sure the military would get paid by way of presidential orders.

Get this clear what this presidential award was for and I wrote about this in several posts.The award was for exactly what you do not do.

The midterm races will be interesting but citizens tend to vote with their pocket book on Senate races and Presidential races.

With Iran, the President is almost in a no-win situation.

There are places like Vicksburg, Southern Plantations you could visit, visit Kennedy Space Center; Disney World, you could visit the Presidential Libraries, Mount Vernon, Montpelier, Monticello......You could spend time in So Cal; As opposed to Squirty Worm in Lima, we have two the Getty Museums, The Norton Simon Museum, (those three museums alone are world class and destinations all on their own) Hearst Castle, Santa Barbara, some of the California Missions are very interesting and fun (Santa Barbara comes to mind again), Disneyland, I could go on and on and on and on and on. 

Also, a lot of people have been telling me to wait until the presidential election because it will shape the economy in the near future, so I have just kind been banking extra money and learning all I can.
