We found a leak in the shower bench in our three year old house. 

It is more important that you have a fully stocked kitchen with a cookie sheet and a crock pot than a cool painting.

There are a lot of hands in the pot and the management company is very very important.

Seems like the better deals might be in areas that don't have a spotlight on them for people like me with no properties to leverage and a small startup capital pot.

Of course, you still will need some pot of money so really get good at knowing your numbers and what you really need to get started.

But it probably only tests for pot, coke, meth and opiates. 

A good bench mark is look at what is for sale I’m the immediate neighbor good with similar lot  size and shape and see what they are currently selling for and take a 1/3 from that .

Put those pots up near the windows.

Real estate has always been expensive and will always continue to be expensive so in order to be in the game, you need to get off the bench.
