They're looking for a stable market that is gobbling up houses just after a slow period so they can still get good deals on land before it gets hot and popular again.  

Design a clause in your lease that complies with both and ensures you are protected.

Intent is to get the foundation blessed off by a Civil Engineer and save about $15K in foundation costs as the original design was for a 3400 sf house.

At my point in life everything I own is both a cash flow superstar and appreciating nicely, because I'm invested in growing, popular areas.If I was just starting off now, I'd probably be aiming for value-add in good areas where I could either live there while improving the unit(s) - ie a duplex, triplex - or where I could trade sweat equity for profit, or both.

And some markets are going to be a lot more popular for the average BP member ( which to me is heavily slanted to starting out) At least from the post we see.  

Just not as popular as folks think

Sounds like the velocity banking stuff that was popular for a while.

MileIQ is a popular one, and that one runs in the background on your phone and logs every trip you make, and then you categorize each trip as personal or business. 

I have two 3 bedroom places, mostly families coming in so those romantic packages wouldnt be that popular.
