I'm local to DFW working in the commercial space!

I look forward to connecting with fellow investors, learning from seasoned pros, and hopefully sharing my journey as I dive deeper into this space!

if so do you just connect them and see if they ok to rent it and share the common spaces?

I’m curious about how financing works in this space, especially since land investments have unique challenges and opportunities compared to traditional property flips.

Since this will be a lengthy process I will attwmpt to fill these units up with short term office tenants, or anyone that is looking for storage space. 

Speaking to a commercial realtor in the hospitality space would help you figure out the best way to market and sell a property like this.

It also has a good sized tech hub, and major employers like coors, Amazon, Buckley space force base, Lockheed Martin, etc.

Im more a hands on learning definitely and as far as living in a unit i couldn't yet because its out of the kids school district  plus the limited space. but thats the goal, to buy a small air or inn to manage and run for work while still renting in our district and then looking to buy since we're renters again!

With about a bazillion sqft of vacant space now, and the tax revenue of the previously occupied gone. 

I think this is your moment, friends in the multifamily space, and that if you let it pass, you might not get better terms.It can, and, I believe, will, get WAY worse for borrowers in the multifamily and CRE spaces.
