Learned that hired labor is the highest cost when rehabbing or fixing up to flip.

Learned sooo much about the process, took us 2 years to do it all only on weekends and holidays.

@Stacy A Stewart I have personally used DSCR loans to purchase rental properties here in the Dallas/Ft.

Although the journey has been worth it, I've sacrificed quite a bit from a personal lifestyle perspective, relationships, etc.

Excited to connect, learn and grow with you!

But now with the joy and headaches of non-metered units, trying to wrangle 3 different set's of persons into playing nice, etc etc..
