Hi Geoff,In my opinion, keeping your current home as a rental property could be a smart move.

I know there are differing opinions on what number they should get a PMC, I think it depends on how much work you want to do and how much time and effort you want to put into it.

My two cents is that the non-live broadcast is a commonly used marketing tool If it was "live" when it was first broadcast, then it is not a "scam" in my opinion but a rebroadcast that does not disclose that fact (not as professional as it could be).

I'm also considering Halethorpe because it's a good commuter location.Some people really like supporting the city in which case , northeast Baltimore would seem to the best place to buy a single family, in my opinion given the taxes situation and given that none of those areas are walkable I’d rather just be in the county and pay Lower taxes, and it’s not like northeast Baltimore is much that much cheaper than Baltimore county, hathorpe is mixed, arbutus is nice, I hate the housing stock there, would rather be in Catonsville if I was considering western Baltimore county. 

In my opinion, they should be used surgically, and not as blunt instruments.The most dangerous are "First month free" and the like.
