Let's say 20%...now let's do the math:You offer $320k, 20% down is $64k so you finance $256,000 @ let's say 6%....you neglected to mention where this property is(!) 

Investing in Wisconsin and Illinois is a great move—both states offer solid opportunities for multifamily and single-family rentals.If you’re looking to connect with like-minded investors or agents, I’d recommend joining local real estate meetups or REIA groups in the areas you’re targeting.

There are companies such as Cover that offers a full service ADU deliverable from design through construction completion.

Steadily has their own product (with multiple writing companies) and then they offer policies through other carriers just as an independent agency would. 

We offer the mortgage investments to our investment group & service each loan. 

So, overall, I think these four areas are very distinct in the style of life they offer.
