My network of cpas, attorneys and investors are telling me it’s still worth it because of appreciation and tax benefits.

With real estate investing, you have the tax benefit and depreciation along with what is hopefully an apreciating  asset.

There are plenty of STR-savvy CPAs who can help you navigate the rules, maximize tax benefits, and make sure everything is done right.

I just do not understand the need to add "benefits" to the programs  that are just not real.
