On the final check, which was a tiny amount for a bit of supplement, OCWEN said they wanted me to sign the check and they would pay contractors directly.

I’d like to use real estate to supplement my pension over our deferred comp for multiple reasons.

If they are old and near retirement, talk about a steady income to supplement social security/pension plan/401k.

You need deep pockets to ride out the major expenses along with supplementing your rental income to pay the bills but that is the way is seems to be out there.

My goal is to build a solid portfolio of rental properties and supplement the portfolio with fix/flip profits.

I am also an engineer (mechanical) looking to generate a passive income stream to supplement my day job.

My plan is buy and hold, as I want income to supplement retirement, which is in about 10 years.
