This brings me back to another excerpt from this book I'm reading called The University of Success, and in this little passage there was a short story about a man.

A dwelling is a money pit that invariably depreciates with the passage of time. 

Right of passage I suppose.

. #2) For unit entry doors, install a keyed deadbolt and a passage knob below it (without a key). this eliminates the tenant from locking themselves out since they always need a key to lock the door. #3) I like to inventory just about anything that can break in my units by taking pictures of them & zoom in on model #'s/finish if possible.

We also use passage knobs on all doors along with a deadbolt.

To prevent lockouts we only use a key deadbolt and a regular passage door handle so they must use their key to lock the deadbolt on the door.

This Thursday's vote could help provide some certainty wrt its prospects for passage.
