I get it...you've stated it multiple times...you don't agree with my strategy. 

Interesting - I have been investing in Philly for 8 years, run a  group of 2500 small landlords, speak at lots of events, know and network with many of the players  . . . but never heard of him before.

We've done this multiple times and it should not be a costly endeavor. 

I will note though that lots of people manage multiple rentals without hiring a STR management company (myself included).

Multiple offers are now the rare exception, not the norm.

If there are multiple offers waiving that would help but most homes on the market are not flying off the shelves.
