Hey all, anyone have experience doing a time lapse video of a rehab project?  

My instincts are the opposite - I am irritated by this gradually deteriorating lapse in communication and effort.

@Brian Oberg I wouldn't say you are wrong exactly and it IS way better to keep the client, so you are smart there, but you risk lapsing into a significantly below market rent which hurts both your cash flow and sale value. 

So far so good, however, the former owner let the grandfather clause lapse when they ceased renting out the two-unit house and only occupied the single family house.

She unintentionally let her insurance policy lapse and would like to add it back but her agent said her company is not writing new business right now.Can anyone recommend a good agent or broker who can write her a policy, and do it all remotely since she is out of state?

In most states, your license lapses and you have to take the course again.

I am letting everything lapse except the 2 policies where I have mortgages.

The time-lapse only goes through 2018 and there was a large amount of development in 2019 and 2020.

If he doesn't want to move out, then yes, you may have to evict for lapse of time, just as you would with any tenant.
