Hi Lisa, we manage mid-term rentals in the Indianapolis area, primarily serving traveling nurses.

Together, they have a lot of units in play there and have done very well with long-term rents and mid-term as well.

I was looking into the cities regulations and it seems like mid term rentals would work.

PM in these parts can be much different AM.These mid-west homes and neighborhoods can be deceiving.

However, as we sit here in mid-November, we see that this didn’t pan out.

It’s now mid-November.After double-digit requests through phone/voicemail to almost every phone number option in the menu, emails, messages onto their web site, Facebook messages and comments, I had to initiate a chargeback. 

I have 5 properties, a mix of short and mid term rentals.

By mid-July, I wasn’t getting rent payments, and KS Yoak was completely disorganized.

So a ways off from posting my mid-term rental online.
