But don't let them know it.It amazes me how many of our members at MassRealEstate dot net have an Asset worth $300-500k Rent it for .5-1% of value and hardly pay attention to it, yet chase a tenth of a percent in CD rates;-)

She may me a nice person, great employee, perfect family member, and deserving of many platitudes, but she is a freaking lousy tenant!

They’re a fantastic way to connect with local investors who can share their experiences and recommend trusted professionals they work with.You’ll likely meet key members of your team at these events, including insurance agents, title companies, lenders, realtors, and even wholesalers.

I don’t see why they would send email to current members. 

Some of those facebook groups have thousands of members.
