Speeds are all over the place just about any time of day.Rural areas can benefit from this but if I could go with Starlink, I would do that instead of a 5g modem.

Might be nice for your personal home but I do not think on an investment property is worth it - except for the marketing angle as people like our salt water pools.

yea i would say no. if you are second guessing it. doesnt see much benefit to you mainly them. but stay on good terms

I am sure many are actually purchasing real estate with these unsecured loans but the investors are not really benefiting from the real estate, they are merely making a fixed return and providing inexpensive equity sources to those who actually own the real estate.
