Now on the flip side. there was a good post on BP facebook from a syndicator that went to a conference with a bunch of syndicators and one of the main points being brought up by the investors in the audience is the Poor communications that is coming out of the syndicators these days.

I'd done some reading in the past and thought a few of the main Canadian banks had such specialty trust divisions that could help you with plan setup.As for finding investments, networking with other investors, real estate agents, etc. is the way to go.Brian, from what I've heard is that CAN banks  make it extremely difficult to setup.

Plus they will now have to make FULL disclosures to both buyer and sellers and there will be a full 3 day right of rescission. the main reason wholesalers dont get licensed is so they dont have to follow the rules like a licensed agents.. in other words they have Zero fiduciary duty to the seller or buyer..

As far as your concern on the homes, I have no information on this but I offer you this:  I spoke with our CEO and he is very open to me setting up a Zoom, Google Meet, any venue to INCLUDE a trip to our main office in Tampa FL to meet with him and our Team.

Granted we only have 17 but still, I’ve never used anything except a simple excel spreadsheet and all my rental properties have a separate savings account under my main account at my local bank.
