Walkable to locally owned restaurants and the street had mostly owner occupied homes that are owned by long time owners.

If such was even attempted in the US we would most likely see the ascent of local militias over throwing local governments.

So pick an industry or business type you like, and I'd go talk to the businesses, ask them who their broker was, how was their experience with them and if they "specialized" in that industry.  

The nice thing about the arbitrage business model, is the companies usually pay you a monthly rent, and then they handle all of the AirBNB stuff. 

I normally advise that people start a business as a sole propeitor in their first year.If it is successful and something you want to continue, then have a conversation regarding entities.

Maybe I could leverage my other business but I don’t know the requirements for that as we do have outstanding loans already 

It's always important to screen anyone you are doing business with. 

Highly recommend partnering with a local realtor who knows the market. 

However, I am also considering duplex and tri-/quad-plex assets if they pencil.Additionally, I currently work for a locally-based commercial developer/lender on multifamily, land, and some hospitality projects.
