Additionally, if you want to be successful and gain a good understanding of sales/interpersonal skills/negotiations, business law, organizational theory, basic business practices (accounting, finance, being able to read and understand a P&L and Balance sheet, etc. college will give you a big leg up to not be in the 95% that fail in real estate.

A full time agent is going to be the one that not only lists it on the MLS, but has the connections to folks who either are interested in that property, or have clients that are.When time is real dollars at 12% or whatever rate you're at, you kind of want that interpersonal connection if at all possible - "This offer is from one of Jack Smith's clients.
