I've been doing a moderate level of research around the housing industry and I am very excited and eager to jump in.

Although I don't have much experience in this field yet, I am passionate about real estate and hope to continuously learn and grow in this industry.

Next, and again my current experience is in a different industry but one that's a highly dependent on Google reviews and ratings, I've found that there's always a break-even point where "paying someone off" doesn't provide enough of a return on the payoff. 

If what you're doing is so wonderfully pure and I'm just too stupid to understand your mastery of the industry why do you have to constantly lie, mischaracterize and misrepresent to raise money?

Look for sponsors that have been in the real estate industry thru several economic and market cycles.

I suspect the disclosure language will follow.. and CE  or training is a good idea but that would probably be step 2.Oregon can be pretty funny when it comes to laws and regs.For instance in the logging industry.. there are all sorts of environmental laws of course and as a logger your expected to know them..

Like most service industries, there is nothing more important than the human touch as that is what people relate to and feel comfortable with.

Business is valuable and this has not been a great year for the property management industry.

It's just very simple, clear, long established and industry accepted, and has significant knowns for how any enforcement or default type actions are handled.
