I’d love to get feedback from anyone who has been through a similar process, as I’ve received some conflicting information.Here’s the situation:- My lender mentioned that even though my loan-to-value (LTV) ratio is below 80% due to the renovations (currently at 73%), I can’t request PMI termination based on the property improvements alone, since the renovations were part of the initial HomeStyle loan.

Spoke to a HVAC contractor saying about 7k for HVAC work and 1K for electrician work total 8k but overall may improve tenant experience and maintenance charges to me but bit more price to put upfront

My credit is poor right now but can easily be improved as my income is much better lately. 

We hired an editor and it has improved my content 10x.

If they improve to the level of the others, I may try them.

You could make exterior improvements while it is rented.  

Our average construction time is about 8 months after permit is issued and we  are always improving.
