I'm not sure how much help it will be, but I have heard good things about Gary Halbert when it comes to copywriting.

Developing a club would be one of my first objectives when i start considering there are so many benefits of being in one.Currently, i bought discounted books from gary keller and i have a few rich dad poor dad books.

I would also recommend "HOLD" by Gary Keller.

Robert Kiyosaki, Grant Cardone, Gary Keller and Brandon Turner all have great books that relate to Business and Real Estate.
